In Q4 2019, ARGIS raised ~€11m to acquire several assets to rent in a clear gentrification strategy of the centrally located neighbourhood of Valdeacederas (Tetuan), Madrid. Following such mandate, ARGIS invested approximately 70% of the fund acquiring several apartments, residential buildings and land plots to be transformed/built into Co-living units (>140 units so far) to be operated by FLIPCO. Once refurbishment and construction is completed (Q3 2021), ARGIS will own and operate one of the largest co-living portfolios in Spain.
