Who we are

Carlos joined ARGIS full time as CEO in 2019. He previously led Advent International's Argentina office, one of the largest and most important private equity fund managers in the world. Before that he has held leadership roles in various private equity and real estate funds for more than twelve years.

Carlos has executed investments in Latin America and the United States in a wide range of industries: real estate, electronic payments, consumption, retail, infrastructure and energy. He also served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director for several portfolio companies. Carlos holds a degree in Business Economics from the Torcuato Di Tella University, a Master in Finance from the CEMA University and an MBA from the London Business School.

Javier Romero joined ARGIS Living as Chief Financial Officer in 2020, bringing with him a robust background in management and finance. Prior to joining ARGIS, he held significant roles in the financial sector.

Before joining ARGIS, Javier served as an Audit Accountant at Hilton London Angel Islington. Subsequently, he took on the role of Financial Controller and Executive Coordinator at Thorp Design Ltd in London, where he played a crucial role in financial management.

Javier obtained his diploma in Business Studies in 2010 and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2012. Further enhancing his expertise, he completed the ACCA program in Finance at Westminster Business School in 2016.

His combination of education and experience has been instrumental in contributing to the financial success of the companies he has been associated with throughout his career.

Leah joined ARGIS as the Head of Investor Relations in 2024.

Prior to this, Leah held the role of VP at IBI PILLAR, a real estate fund within IBI Investment House.

Leah holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Her extensive background in project management and business development makes her an asset to the ARGIS team.

Javier Gómez, serves as a Senior Advisor at ARGIS since 2023, bringing years of experience to the team. He holds an MBA in General Finance from Comillas Pontifical University and a Bachelor's in General Finance from Coventry University

Currently a Professor in the Advanced Program in Commercial Real Estate Management at IE Business School since 2021, Javier's commitment to educational excellence spans over 2 years. He also holds the position of CEO at MYJOJA INVERSIONES SL since 2019, showcasing over 5 years of leadership. Prior to this, he played a pivotal role at Aelca as CEO/Co-founder and Board Member.

His professional journey also includes serving as Deputy General Manager at ACP LEVEL, S.L., and contributing as Business Development Director at Masal Desarrollos Integrales.

In 2023, Javier Gómez joined ARGIS as a Senior Advisor, blending his extensive industry experience and strategic insights to further enhance the team's capabilities. His reputation as a comprehensive leader in both the real estate and financial sectors continues to grow, fueled by an impressive career trajectory.

Ricardo is currently a senior advisor at Globant, one of the most important technology companies in the world, and at Boston Consulting Group, a leading international strategy consulting firm.

Between 2009 and 2019, Ricardo served as Global Head of Engineering & COO at BBVA and also as Executive President of the firm in Argentina.

Ricardo is a systems engineer from UBA with training at institutions such as INSEAD and New York University (NYU).

Fox Group board member, a leading $1B+ retail powerhouse with a global presence of 14 countries, 1,000+ stores, and 10,000+ employees.

CEO of a single family office overseeing a global portfolio and serves as a board member on variety of companies.

Holds a degree and a Master of Science (MSc) in Technology management.

Alex joined ARGIS as a senior investment analyst in early 2023, after four years of experience in the Real Estate market.

Before joining ARGIS, he was part of the Alantra Investment bank and Real Estate team, acting as a capital markets analyst on sell-side asset divestments, across multiple typologies for national and international clients. Previously, he was also part of the Aura Real Estate team, conducting valuations and research for NPL and REO portfolios across the Iberian Market.

Alex holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Southampton and a Master’s degree in construction management from the Polytechnical University of Madrid.

Ignacio joined ARGIS in 2024 after 4 years of experience in real estate & finance. Previously part of the All Iron RE investment team where he participated in the acquisition of hospitality & residential assets in Spain as well as in the management of the portfolio of All Iron RE I SOCIMI. He was also part of the CG Capital Europe advising in sale & financing operations.

Ignacio holds a degree in Business Economics and Law, both from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas - ICADE in Madrid and is fluent in Spanish and English and has intermediate knowledge of French.

Miguel is a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA®), one of the most prestigious international financial certifications awarded by the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS).

Before joining ARGIS, Miguel worked in the private banking department at Deutsche Bank, advising HNWI and companies.

Previously, he worked as a financial analyst at Working Capital Corporate Finance. Miguel holds a degree in Business and Law from the University of A Coruña and a master’s in Financial Markets and Institutions from CUNEF.

Manuel Matías, joins ARGIS as legal advisor. His focus encompasses commercial contracting, corporate law, and providing counsel on diverse corporate operations such as M&A, joint ventures, capitalization, financing operations, and resolution of shareholder conflicts.

Additionally, Manuel excels in real estate law, particularly in property acquisition operations in Spain and Europe.

In his capacity as a legal professional, Manuel also takes on the role of the secretary of the Board of Directors in several national and international companies. Before joining Tornos Abogados, he gained valuable experience advising both national and international companies at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo Abogados and Fornesa Abogados.

He holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona and furthered his education with a Master's in Corporate Finance & Law from Esade, Ramon Llull University (2010-2011).

Luis focuses on the taxation of real estate investments, real estate funds, inbound real estate investors, M&A, and in pioneering transactions with institutional investors (SICAVs, SILs, FIIs, hedge funds) and SOCIMIs.

Founded U&R law firm to advise investors and investment sponsors with respect to tax-efficient investment structures, ongoing SOCIMIs qualification, M&A among others.

Luis has a Law degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and an LLM in Corporate Taxation from Instituto de Empresa. He also is a professor at the Tax Department of Universidad Complutense de Madrid

Natalia Meneghini joined ARGIS in 2020 as strategy and BD director.

She has been responsible for leading and implementing strategies for business growth and identification of new markets opportunities. Before ARGIS, Natalia developed a long career at top international law firms such as Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal and Abeledo Gottheil Abogados, leading M&A transactions as corporate lawer.

Natalia holds a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in international Finance Law from King's College London.
