Her solid experience in team management and strategic vision will be a great asset in strengthening ARGIS's position in the market.
ARGIS continues to consolidate its presence in Spain, with a total of over 170,000 square meters in development, expanding its portfolio to reach a total of 5,000 units over the next two years, including units for sale through its own real estate promoter, ARGIS Living, and rental units through its rental operator, Flipco.
Flipco's expansion includes three new projects totaling 1,300 Flex-Living units. These developments, currently under construction, will be located in strategic areas such as the Retiro neighborhood in Madrid Centro, Madrid Content City in Tres Cantos, and San Sebastián de los Reyes, further consolidating ARGIS's presence in the market.
