In the last quarter of 2022, the Community of Madrid will see the start of a total of 3,309 new housing developments, distributed across 49 developments, according to data from the real estate big data platform Brains Real Estate.
In this article they place one of Argis' developments on the podium of the top 10 developments starting up at the end of 2022.
The new development will have 708 loft-style units, which will house more than 3,500 square metres of communal areas, a semi-Olympic indoor and outdoor swimming pool, gymnasium, children's climbing wall, running track and coworking facilities. The future properties will be Energy Efficiency A-labelled.
